What ages do you serve?

We currently serve ages from seven years old to the elderly population. We expect to be opening groups within the coming year for ages five and six as we continue to adapt our programming to younger ages.   We have:

  • "Little Voices" for 7-10 year olds

  • Pre-teen groups that range from 11-14

  • Teen groups

  • Young adult groups and

  • Older adult groups.

Are your sessions for a set period of weeks?

Every group is on-going,  becomes its own community. Participants continue to come as long as they benefit and are motivated to do so. Once a group is filled , we tend to have very little attrition and we build on skills as each group progresses.

Are your groups inclusive?

They absolutely are. Anyone is invited to join, however we do not adapt the skills programming to any one standard. We are client centered and believe that each individual's perspective, way of learning and way of looking at the world is valid and respected.

What if my family member has a difficult time with sensory issues and because of this with being in group situations?

We work with each family and their child on an individual basis to find strategies to help transition their child into a social group setting.

What if my family member has behavioral issues?

We work with each family and their child or family member to find strategies for success within the group setting. No individual has been turned away from participating in a Voices Together group.

Does my family member need to know how to sing or have musical talent?

We feel that everyone has a voice and there are no formal musical standards in joining.
