Voices Together is operating remotely and providing all services virtually during the pandemic.

Voices Together

Emily Loftin serves as the Program Manager of Voices Together’s Pre-Employment Transitions Services (Pre-ETS) Program, a federally funded program that provides services to help students with specific challenges transition to college and the workforce.

Before joining Voices Together, Emily worked at Discover Durham, Durham’s marketing agency, for five years in positions specializing in project and program management. She earned a bachelor’s degree from NC State University in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management with a focus on Program Management.

Emily enjoys working with a multitude of partners and organizations to offer Voices Together’s programs to as many kids and young adults as possible. She is passionate about providing children and adults with special needs the skills and education that they deserve to live a fulfilling life.

When she's not at work, she can be found playing with her pups Quincy and Ringo, and her kitty Penny Lane. She also enjoys reading books, multiple outdoor activities, festivals, live shows, concerts, and checking out the newest food spots in the triangle.

Fun Fact

Emily comes from a large family in Massachusetts. She has eight aunts, two uncles, and too many cousins to count. She also has four nieces and a nephew and adores spending time with them and being the fun auntie!
