Voices Together

Kristie Matocha serves as finance manager for Voices Together. She oversees all areas of finance, including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, general ledger, banking and reconciliations, and billing for client services.

Kristie works to determine company expenses and budgets. She prepares financial statements and special reports. She develops company policies and procedures, including writing and maintaining the Operations Manual and Employee Handbook, and ensuring compliance with nonprofit business regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements and more. She is also the primary contact for human resources and works with insurance brokers, lenders and employees to manage the benefits program.

Kristie brings a lifelong interest in helping children and adults with special need. Seeing clients’ smiling faces and hearing their songs bring her joy.

A Pleasant Valley, N.Y. native, she landed in North Carolina with her husband and children in 2010. She enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
