Voices Together

Sierra Laricchiuti (pronounced Ler-a-kyoo-tee) is a board-certified and VOICSSⓇ-trained senior music therapist at Voices Together. She joined the team in 2017.

She uses the nonprofit’s proprietary therapy to help people with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities improve their communication and social skills so they can become strong self-advocates, independent adults and full community participants.

As a member of Voices Together’s Distance Training and Development team and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Program team, Sierra collaborates with staff and clients to develop ways to make programs and resources more accessible for students, parents and teachers. She also writes songs for use with Voices Together programs.

Before joining Voices Together, Sierra worked with hospice patients and teens in residential treatment for eating disorders.

The Carthage, N.C. native holds a Bachelor of Music in music therapy from Appalachian State University.
