Voices Together

Exciting news! We are now statewide, serving children, teens, and adults across the state of North Carolina.

Inclement Weather Closings and Alerts

The safety of our clients and therapists is our primary concern. If you don’t feel safe traveling during inclement weather, please stay home.

Decisions to cancel sessions are made based on school closings in the county in which the community group is held. We do our best to notify clients whenever a group is cancelled.

Please check this page for updates on closings related to inclement weather.

Session Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel a session at any time due to insufficient enrollment or attendance.

We will make every effort to hold all sessions offered. We require that at least three group clients be present for a session to occur. If after 15 minutes past the scheduled start time there are not at least three clients present, the music therapist may choose to cancel the group for that session. Clients paying full tuition may receive a credit for canceled sessions.

Session Changes in Case of Client or Therapist Illness

If your family member is ill, please contact the music therapist for your group or the main office line, (919) 942-2714, and leave a message.

If the music therapist is sick or unable to provide the session, they will either notify you that there will be another therapist substituting for them or they will cancel.

Please note that all of our therapists undergo the same high-quality training and are able to provide an effective and engaging group session.
